David Schwartz
EVP, General Counsel
Mr. Schwartz is Revlon's EVP, General Counsel. Prior to joining Revlon, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Hudson’s Bay Company. In this role, Mr. Schwartz led legal affairs and administrative functions for the company, overseeing corporate, M&A, securities, real estate, labor & employment, intellectual property, litigation, compliance and privacy.
Previously, Mr. Schwartz served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Toys “R” Us, Inc. where he managed global legal matters and led multiple business functions for the specialty retailer.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Schwartz was a Corporate Partner at Anderson, Kill & Olick, P.C. in New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University, his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Business School. He serves as an advisory board member of Aracor.ai, a legal technology start-up.
