Keyla Lazardi is the Chief Scientific Officer of Revlon, responsible for driving product innovation for our brands and product strategies across the global organization.
Keyla joined us with over 20 years of global experience in the consumer products and consumer health industries with an exceptional track record of delivering breakthrough innovation. She has worked in Asia, Europe, LA and the US. Most recently, Keyla held the position of R&D Vice President at e.l.f. Cosmetics and previously held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Schiff Nutrition, Reckitt Benckiser and Procter & Gamble.
Ms. Lazardi received her PhD in Biochemistry from the Venezuelan Institute of Scientific Research and an MSc in Biology from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
